Xogos Gaming Celebrates First Successful Scholarship Release: Students Turn Gaming and Service Into Real Money for Their Futures

August 28, 2026 — Xogos Gaming

Xogos Gaming is excited to announce a major milestone: our first scholarship fund release has officially been completed! Yesterday, students participating in Xogos Gaming were able to convert the Xogos Coins they had earned into real scholarship funds that can grow over time and eventually help pay for their education after high school.

The first release demonstrated just how powerful the program could become. Dozens of students participated, with four students receiving more than $100 in scholarship funds and one student receiving more than $400 from this first release alone.

And this is only the beginning.

Play. Learn. Serve. Earn. Prepare for the Future.

The scholarship program was made possible through a partnership between Xogos Gaming and Innovate the Future, which provides the scholarship funds students earn through the program.

The idea behind the program is simple: reward young people for doing positive things today while encouraging them to prepare financially for tomorrow.

Students can earn Xogos Coins through eligible activities within the Xogos ecosystem, including playing educational games and participating in community service opportunities. Rather than thinking of those coins as simply another virtual currency, students can save them and submit eligible coins during quarterly scholarship releases.

Those coins can then help determine the student's scholarship award.

Even more importantly, these are not scholarships students have to wait until their senior year of high school to begin pursuing. Students as young as eight years old are already beginning to build scholarship savings for their futures.

That means an elementary or middle-school student can begin thinking about college, trade school, or an accredited certificate program years before graduation.

Small Awards Today Could Become Thousands Tomorrow

One of the most exciting aspects of starting young is the amount of time students have to accumulate scholarship awards.

Imagine a student earning between $100 and $500 during each quarterly scholarship release. If similar awards continued consistently over ten years, the student's cumulative awards could total roughly $4,000 to $20,000 before considering any potential growth in the scholarship funds over time.

The actual amount any student ultimately receives will vary based on participation, available scholarship funding, program rules, donations, and future awards. But the first release demonstrates something important: students don't necessarily have to wait until graduation to begin building resources for their education.

They can start now.

And as additional donations and scholarship funding become available through Innovate the Future, the goal is to make future scholarship releases larger, creating even greater opportunities for participating students.

Scholarship Funds Designed to Grow Over Time

The program is especially powerful for younger students because scholarship funds awarded today can have years before they are needed.

Students can continue accumulating qualifying scholarship awards as they progress through school, with funds ultimately intended to support eligible post-secondary education—including college, accredited trade schools, and accredited certificate programs.

Instead of asking a 17-year-old, "How are you going to pay for school next year?" Xogos wants families to begin asking an eight-, ten-, or twelve-year-old:

"What can we start doing today to prepare for your future?"

That changes the conversation.

A $150 Lifetime Student Membership in 2026

In 2026, families can purchase a $150 lifetime Xogos Gaming student membership, providing access until the student ages out of the platform at 19. Xogos Gaming is designed specifically for students ages 6–19.

During those years, students aren't simply playing games. They can learn, develop skills, participate in service, earn Xogos Coins, and potentially convert eligible coins into scholarship opportunities during scheduled releases.

The objective is to make education something students want to participate in while connecting today's accomplishments with tomorrow's possibilities.

Next Scholarship Release: November 2026

To every student who participated in our first scholarship release: Congratulations!

We are especially excited for the students who crossed the $100 mark and for our recipient who earned more than $400 in this first round. But whether a student's first scholarship award was large or small, they have accomplished something significant: they have started investing in their educational future.

Now it's time to start building toward the next release.

The next Xogos scholarship release is planned for November 2026, giving students another opportunity to save their Xogos Coins, learn, play, serve their communities, and prepare for what comes next.

Start saving your coins today. Your future education may still be years away—but preparing for it doesn't have to be.
