Innovate the Future is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering students through technology education and scholarship opportunities. Our services include educational programs, scholarship administration, and community initiatives.

3. Eligibility

Our programs and services are generally available to individuals of all ages. However, certain programs may have specific eligibility requirements:

  • Scholarship programs may have age, residency, or educational status requirements
  • Minors must have parental or guardian consent to participate in programs
  • Donors must be at least 18 years of age or have parental permission

4. Scholarship Program Terms

Participation in the Innovate the Future Scholarship Program is subject to the following terms:

  • Program Ownership: The scholarship program is owned, administered, and controlled exclusively by Innovate the Future. All decisions regarding scholarship awards are final.
  • Achievement Recognition: Achievement coins and metrics earned through partner platforms (such as Xogos Gaming) serve only as qualifying metrics for scholarship eligibility and do not guarantee scholarship awards.
  • Fund Distribution: Scholarship funds are distributed directly to educational institutions and are never transferred to individuals or third-party platforms.
  • Verification: ITF reserves the right to verify all information submitted in scholarship applications. False or misleading information may result in disqualification.
  • No Guarantee: Participation in educational activities does not guarantee scholarship awards. All awards are subject to fund availability and committee review.

5. Donations

Donations to Innovate the Future are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. By making a donation, you acknowledge:

  • Donations are voluntary and non-refundable
  • ITF has discretion over how donated funds are used in furtherance of its mission
  • Tax receipts will be provided for donations as required by law
  • Recurring donations may be canceled at any time by contacting us

6. User Conduct

When using our website and services, you agree not to:

  • Provide false or misleading information
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Use our services for any unlawful purpose
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of our website
  • Harvest or collect information about other users
